At Ally, named the Best Bank Overall and Best Online Bank by Bankrates in 2022, I spearheaded the creation of the company's first self-serve application for point-of-sale loans. At Chase, the largest bank in the U.S., I led UX strategy and execution to scale a pay-over-time product suite that includes offerings like My Chase Plan and Amazon Pay with Chase. My Chase Plan alone served more than one million customers and won Real Simple magazine's Smart Money Award for Best Financial Apps and Services of 2022.
Now at Wells Fargo, I'm reimagining digital banking for Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking clients on the Vantage platform, which serves 2 million clients and supports over $33 billion in revenue in 2023.
